We send customers surveys giving them the chance to have their say on a range of important topics.
For every survey completed, customers are entered into a prize draw to win one of four £50 vouchers.

Join our customer panel
By joining our panel, you will automatically be entered into our next prize draw – it will take approximately five minutes to sign up.
We will ask you to share some personal information to make sure we are capturing the views of customers with a wide range of lived experiences.
We will also ask your opinion on various household water-related activities to help us better understand our customers.
