Environmental information

We publish a range of environmental information on our website, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for you can request it from us.

Readily available information

Use the links below to learn about our environmental initiatives, plans and activities.

Request environmental information

The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) allow you to ask us for information about our activities that relate to, or affect, the environment.

You do not have to refer to the Environmental Information Regulations specifically in your request, although it helps us if you do so that we can direct the enquiry to the appropriate team.

If you would like to request environmental information from us, please let us know the following:

  • what you want to know
  • the format you would like the information in, eg, letter, email or telephone call
  • your contact details.

If you would prefer to email us you can email your request to us at env.info@wessexwater.co.uk.
